Haskap Ice Cream

Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Ice Cream

Let the Cuisinart do the hard work. You get the easy part. (Prep, Wait, Stick your face in it!)

Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Berry Juice

  • 2 cans whole fat organic coconut milk or dairy /substitute (Reserve the cream on top) using only 1 can of the milk itself.

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or preferred sweetener

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Berry Swirl

  • Handful of boysenberries

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Tbsp oat milk butter or butter

  • Sauté in pan until bubbly

  • Smash berries and allow it to thicken.

  • Take off heat and allow to cool.

Directions - Cuisinart Gelateria

  • Refrigerate (overnight) Coconut Milk. Scoop out the cream on top from both cans. Use only the liquid from 1 can.

  • Add remainder of ingredients and blend.

  • Zest lemon and gently combine.

  • Pour mix into Cuisinart Gelateria and use as directed.

  • We preferred a more rich texture and threw it in the freezer another 2 hours to solidify.

  • Add your fav sprinkles (we adore our @FancySprinkles ‘cause we are fancy)
